Returns/Exchanges:

When you receive your item examine it carefully.

We know you’ll love our products as much as we do. In fact, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, first notify us via email or phone.

Return your product within 15 days of purchase and we’ll issue you a replacement of the same product or any other product of equal or lessor value.

If you are still not satisfied, we will then issue a refund, minus shipping and handling cost.

Return for Refund Policy:

If you wish to return for a refund notify us via email within 5 days of receipt of product. You must also email us the return tracking information.

After return tracking information and product(s) have been received, your refund will be issued within 5 business days.

Refunds are for purchase price only. Shipping costs are not refundable. No exceptions. Please follow the instructions to ensure a smooth return process. We suggest you insure your package to cover replacement value.
